CUBO is pleased to announce the appointment of Tesni Carter as its new Communications Officer, effective January 2026.
Tesni joins CUBO with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and events within the higher education sector. A graduate of Bangor University, she previously spent nine years within the University’s Estates and Campus Services directorate, where she contributed to the development and delivery of high‑quality communications across a range of operational and strategic activities.
Hailing from Wales, Tesni is a fluent Welsh speaker and brings significant expertise in producing bilingual content for digital, social, and print channels. Her background in creating accessible, engaging communications for diverse audiences further strengthens CUBO’s ability to connect with members and partners across the UK and Ireland.
In her role as Communications Officer, Tesni will lead on all aspects of CUBO’s communications activity, including content development, digital communications, social media management, member updates, and printed collateral. She will play a key part in ensuring members remain informed about CUBO initiatives, sector trends, and developments across the wider higher education community.
