Mentoring

Take your career to the next level with our mentoring scheme



CUBO’s Mentoring Scheme supports members in developing skills and competences to grow and advance their careers, by matching mentees with a suitable mentor to support, challenge and help them to achieve their goals and objectives.


Our 2023-24 mentoring programme will open in Autumn 2023


The overarching aims of the CUBO Mentoring Scheme are to improve leadership capability, share best practice and support the career development of professionals working in HE commercial and campus services.

The CUBO mentoring scheme:

  • enhances commercial and campus leadership potential for the HE sector
  • shares best practice across the sector and encourages new ways of thinking and working
  • helps both mentors and mentees to extend and enrich their networks and partnerships
  • supports the career development of commercial and campus professionals

This free service for members is offered as a fundamental part of our Learning and Development programme. Matched mentoring pairs commit to a period of 9-12 months. To find out more about becoming a CUBO mentor or mentee (or both), follow the links above.
