Shared Challenges, Shared Solutions

Join CUBO national colleagues at Winter Conference 2026, University of Nottingham, 25 - 26 November

The conversations between sessions can be just as valuable as the ones on stage.

Join leaders from across commercial and campus services at CUBO Winter Conference 2026, hosted by the University of Nottingham on 25-26 November.

This year's programme is designed to encourage open discussion about the realities of leading teams and services in higher education. Through a mix of keynote speakers, panel discussions and facilitated conversations, delegates will explore topics including leadership, neurodiversity in the workplace, resilience and the student residential experience.

Alongside the formal programme, Winter Conference provides plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with peers, discuss shared challenges and hear how colleagues at other institutions are approaching similar issues. With dedicated networking time, a partner exhibition and the conference dinner, the event offers valuable opportunities to build connections across the sector.

Whether you're looking for practical ideas, professional contacts or fresh perspectives from fellow leaders, Winter Conference brings together the people to have the conversations that matter.

A fantastic opportunity to meet others in the industry and learn new practices and solutions to current and future challenges.
