All conference sessions will take place at the Jubilee Conference Centre

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in the cost of the full conference ticket at the Jubilee Conference Centre on Wednesday night.

Early arrivals will need to book another night separately for Tuesday 24th November via the CUBO website (subject to availability)

Getting there

CUBO is committed to sustainable events and reducing our carbon footprint; to support these aims we recommend delegates consider the sustainability of their travel options and review their institution's sustainability policy.

The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport, approximately 25 minutes by car from The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences. Taxis are available from the airport, and public transport connections are available via Nottingham city centre.

Regular bus services operate between Nottingham city centre and Jubilee Campus. Services operated by Nottingham City Transport (NCT) and Trent Barton stop close to the venue, providing convenient connections from Nottingham city centre and Nottingham Railway Station.

Nottingham Railway Station is the nearest mainline station, with direct services from destinations across the UK. Timetable information and ticket booking are available through National Rail.

From the station, the conference venue is approximately 10 minutes by taxi. Taxi ranks are located outside the station, and ride-hailing services are also available.

Jubilee Campus is conveniently located close to Nottingham city centre and is easily accessible from the M1 motorway and the local road network. Visitors arriving by car should use the Jubilee Campus South Entrance, which is the designated entrance for visitors.
