26 August 2026      Tesni Carter, CUBO Communications Officer

Gather + Gather has announced three new catering and hospitality partnerships with Edge Hill University, the University of West London and City College Norwich, worth more than £37 million in total.

The contracts, which range from five to seven years in duration, will commence in the new academic year and will see Gather + Gather deliver catering and hospitality services across the three institutions.

According to Gather + Gather, the partnerships will focus on enhancing the campus hospitality experience through refreshed food and drink offers, welcoming social spaces, increased student engagement opportunities and sustainability initiatives.

Students and staff will also have access to Gather + Gather's digital platform, which provides features including menu information, mobile ordering, personalised offers, health and nutrition advice, campus wayfinding, employment opportunities and event bookings.

The company said its proposals were designed around each institution's individual priorities, combining hospitality services with opportunities for student work experience, part-time employment and wider campus engagement.

Sam Roth, Business Development Director at Gather + Gather, said:

"We're absolutely delighted to be partnering with Edge Hill University, City College Norwich and the University of West London. With a shared vision of enhancing the student experience through the elevation of campus life, they’re a fantastic addition and fit for our growing portfolio of further and higher education institutions. "

“Our role isn't just serving great food. It's about creating an experience that students genuinely want to be part of. Whether that's through our bespoke app, work placements, wellbeing initiatives or bringing industry leaders onto campus, we're focused on supporting students beyond the plate. Each of the three institutions is different, so it’s been our job to listen first and create something that's completely bespoke to them. We can’t wait to showcase what we do best to the students and staff at the start of the academic year.”
