Technology in hospitality is fast evolving and this CUBO Round Table will give you the perfect update.
Today’s students expect self-serve kiosks, smart mobile apps and pre order grab and go. What’s more, they are more discerning and want carbon emission, calorie and allergy information at their finger tips. For students, mobile phones are king and apps that enable a quick service, pre-order and are information rich are the customer experience they want - together with loyalty programmes that both benefit them and ensure repeat purchases for campus hospitality providers.
Peter Moore, Lolly CEO will also look at new technology coming down the line such as age verification by facial recognition, robot waiters and the ability to pay using your face.
All this helps drive both student experience and greater productivity and efficiencies for hospitality services through staffing, stock management and high volume ordering, delivered through an integrated digital ecosystem of devices.
