The CUBO Accommodation Strategy Group is for senior managers responsible for the strategy and delivery of student accommodation. It spans the broad remit of student accommodation activity in higher education and:
1. Review and proposed update to ToR
2. Introductions (attendees to post in Team Chat their name, position and institution)
3. Updates from across the UK and Ireland
Influencers, developments, and disrupters. Noted below are a few items of interest but members from these countries will also be invited to share their knowledge:

Using some online interactive Q&As, we will gather, explore and drive discussion around topical issues members are currently tackling, thinking about and forming solutions for.
5. Developing your student accommodation portfolio – Options!
You need more accommodation but what options do you really have? A session aimed at exploring all the various arrangements and models that can exist between the private sector and universities. What are the pluses and minuses of each type and where do the risks lie? AND how is the current economic climate working against the expansion of accommodation?
Paddy Jackman, Chief Executive Officer for Unipol, will take us through this session followed with a chance for discussion and questions from members.
