Chaired by Robin Walsh, CUBO Board Lead for Housing Codes and Standards and Head of Residential Services at Bournemouth University, the CUBO Accommodation Strategy Group is for senior managers responsible for the strategy and delivery of student accommodation, and spans the broad remit of student accommodation activity in higher education and:

Using some online interactive Q&As, we will gather, explore and drive discussion around topical issues members are currently tackling, thinking about and forming solutions for.
5. Residential strategies
Robert Kingham and Andy Howarth of Student First Group will launch their new ‘Student Accommodation Strategy Toolbox’ report. As an independent advisor, investor, developer and asset manager in the student accommodation sector, SFG has worked over the last two years with 20+ universities on their residential strategies – each one very different, but all of them tackling some common themes to varying degrees. This new report gives an overview of those recurring themes for the benefit of the whole university sector. Thsi will be followed by a discussion and Q&A.
