The University of Warwick is a Russell Group university, regularly achieving top 10 ranking status in UK league tables.

It has around 29,000 students and is located on the outskirts of the city of Coventry. Connected by many major motorway routes and easily accessible by bus, train or plane. Bustling cities, beautiful countryside and battle-worn castles are all within easy reach.

Accommodation is also at Scarman from Sunday to Thursday night. Please contact us if you will be arriving earlier than 3rd December or would like to extend your stay.

 

Directions 

Birmingham International Airport

This is the closest airport and a taxi to Radcliffe from the airport will take approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a direct train to Coventry from Birmingham International station which is located at the airport.

London Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports are all connected to Coventry by National Express coach services or you can take the train to Coventry, with a change in central London.

There are regular buses from the Coventry city centre, Coventry rail station and Leamington Spa. Taxis are easily available from these locations. From Coventry, the 11 and 12 bus routes both serve Warwick Conferences. Both buses call at the Rail Station Bridge SD stop on Warwick Road; a one-minute walk from Coventry station. From Leamington Spa, the U1 and U2 buses serve Warwick Conferences. Both services stop at Parish Church Stand B; a seven-minute walk from Leamington Spa station

Coventry is on the West Coast Mainline and serviced by regular trains, 7 days a week and is the most convenient train station for most visitors. It is served by trains from London Euston, Birmingham (New Street and International) and Leicester. From Coventry station, it’s easy to get a taxi or bus to us. Canley and Tile Hill train stations are both served by trains from London, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby and Northampton. Neither station has a taxi rank, so if you don’t want to walk, book a taxi in advance. Leamington Spa is served by trains from Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford, Reading and London Marylebone. You can get a bus to us from close to the station.

Motorway links provide access to major UK cities. The university is located close by to major motorway links including the M40, M42, M69 and M6.

The postcode for all Radcliffe is CV4 7SH and they are located within the University of Warwick campus. Follow signs for Lakeside Village, you’ll then find signposts for the venues. 

Car parking is available at Scarman and Radcliffe and is included in your booking. It is complimentary to delegates attending meetings or staying overnight. You will need to register your vehicle before your event. Further information including a promotional code will be sent by your event organiser.
