Registration is now open for the eighth edition of CUBO Benchmarking, giving members the opportunity to contribute to one of the sector's most comprehensive datasets for commercial and campus services. Covering accommodation, catering and retail, conferencing, sport, residence life, security and soft FM services, the benchmarking exercise enables institutions to compare performance against peers, identify emerging trends and make informed strategic decisions.
As institutions continue to navigate financial pressures, rising costs and changing student expectations, access to robust sector data has never been more important. Participants who complete the survey will unlock access to the exclusive Benchmarking Dashboard, allowing them to explore comparative data by institution type, region and turnover.
The survey has been designed to be completed collaboratively, enabling colleagues from different service areas to contribute their own data and share the workload.
