The annual CUBO Benchmarking survey collects and analyses data across commercial and campus services, providing an indispensable dataset for decision-making in these areas.
It is the most comprehensive commercial services benchmarking available to CUBO members and the wider HE sector. Data is collected on purpose-built student accommodation; catering, retail & hospitality; conferencing, guest accommodation and hotels; sport and physical activity; soft facilities management and residence life.
CUBO members managing these areas have until 8 March to enter their data.
The survey findings are published in a summarised annual report, while participating universities can access the full anonymised data via an online dashboard and an online presentation of the report findings.
