At the Property Marketing Strategists we do what our name suggests. We focus on strategic marketing plans and implementation with an expertise and in depth understanding of student accommodation. We work with universities, partners and private PBSA to determine an accommodation strategy and deliver clear messaging to customers. Data led - we focus on evidence and forecasting to deliver strategy that will achieve accommodation goals – whether these are occupancy, operational or proposition (pricing and product). We love student accommodation and strive to support the sector to deliver better and more to its student customers.
